First established in 2024, 3Nine5 is a fresh new shared office coworking space located in the rapidly growing Tauriko Business Estate in Tauranga.
While new to Tauriko, this small family-run business is no newbie when it comes to running a coworking space. With nearly a decade of experience with a prominent coworking space in Tauranga, we know how coworking operates!

James Horne
Co-founder and Office Manager
With a degree in Information Technology, James is responsible for all of the IT surrounding 3Nine5, while also keeping the office running smoothly, ensuring the space is kept tidy, clean, and well-stocked. You will meet James around the corner at reception.
Sherilyn Horne
Co-founder
With a strong audit and management accounting background, Sherilyn is responsible for all the coworking processes and accounting systems at 3Nine5. With nearly a decade of experience in coworking spaces, she ensures 3Nine5 is run efficiently with the member’s needs at the forefront.
